Galaxiad: Efate Survives

 This is a very, very short note, to record a point of order. 

Efate survives.

This comes out of a long time where we discuss what Charted Space looks like in 1900... what the Domain of Deneb looks like... what the Spinward Marches looks like... and what the Republic of Regina looks like.

Unless something changes, Efate survives the Wave.

The reason this is important is because Efate, with its current data, is a phenomenon. It is the only Importance 6 world that's ever been in the Domain (that I know of).  It's gigantic.

And it's right on the border of the Republic.

That makes it a kind of anchor against the border.
